I hold space to breathe, become present and share your story so that as a community we can embrace whole-heartedly this life changing experience. I would like to support the feeling that there is all the time in your world to love your growing family.  I educate and advocate for your family and your choices in order to give you the start of a  support system you can trust.  I would like to support you if you are a family giving birth to children with known health challenges, adopting, who identifies as LGBTQ, and or a family pursuing a variety of fertilization methods.  I am pursuing a further training as a Full Spectrum Doula.

Plumas/Sierra Rate ~ Contact me for conversation about rates, trades and sliding scale. I welcome and invite creative forms of honoring the work I do.

Truckee/Tahoe Rate $20/hour for singletons $30 twins $35 triplets.                             3 Hour Minimum Visits.

Bay Area Rate $30/hr singletons $40 twins $45 triplets. 5 Hour Minimum Visits.

Night Time and Weekend Rate  Night time hours 6pm- 9am. Weekends between Friday 6pm- 9am Monday.          Additional  $3 /hour for all Areas.

Packages

Full Package– 20 hrs of support and education and placenta care and processing $600

• 3hrs essential and obligatory prenatal visit/s for birth plan coaching, prepping the home, comprehension and conversation on placenta care as well as breastfeeding
• 17 hrs of pre or postnatal support will include breastfeeding support (if you desire), attachment parenting support, placenta processing or lotus birth support in your home
• food prep and food planning and coaching
• 10 hours of the postpartum care hours will occur during encapsulation process

3/4 Package– 20 hrs of support includes 2-1hr essential and obligatory pre-natal visits and 18hrs of pre-natal or postpartum support. This plan includes all of the above in varying degrees except placental care and processing. $400

1/2 Package– 15 hours of support includes 2-1 hr essential and obligatory pre-natal visits and 13 hrs of pre-natal or postpartum support. $300

Bare Necessity–  One 2 hr essential prenatal visit is necessary and any following hours can be on a drop-in basis as needed within the first 4 months of the infant/s’ life. $60

Placenta Encapsulation ~ 2-1 hour pre-natal visits to answer any questions and go over paperwork will also include birth plan coaching for the health of the placenta and attachment parenting methods, as well as resource support for dietary needs and breastfeeding. Placenta Encapsulation includes smoothies, steam and or raw method encapsulation, mother tea, tincturing, and prints. This package does not include postpartum care. $500 to process in my home $400 in your own home.

Meals ~ Do you need someone to plan and facilitate a meal making day with all your friends. By the end of one memorable 1/2 day with up to 5 of your friends and yourself you’ll have 65 adult sized servings in your freezer to be minimally prepped in your crockpot within the next year.  $150

Blessing Way ~ Invite me to facilitate a celebration and care circle for you with your dearhearts before the birth of your sweet one.  $150
